We are a small team obsessed with all things decals.
How it all started
Little Tall Tales started life at the kitchen table, amongst piles of sketches, cups of tea and surrounded by the very boring walls of a rental house. Kirsten set to work to discover how she could bring those walls to life and after many hours of tapping and scribbling away she produced a prototype. With further refinement and a lot of lessons learnt, this became the basis for the decals we make today.
Our small team has now spent years perfecting the craft. Our hand finished wall decals are known for their beautiful quality and we have been lucky to develop a wonderful community of customers over the years.
Today, we are incredibly proud that our decals are on walls all around the world - in children's bedrooms, hospitals, schools, nurseries and clinics. Changing boring walls into spaces that bring a little magic into day to day life, whether that be adding a little bit of interest to a reading nook in the corner of the room, or completely transforming a space into an amazing nature sanctuary, we aim to fire the imagination and make indoor spaces colourful, educational and fun.
Expanding range
Recently we decided to add a very special new product into the range - our first book. It follows on from what we do with our wall decals, with a focus on bringing the most special product we possibly can to market.
Illustrated from cover to cover by Kirsten, as well as being the first book she has written, we are so proud to include it in our range, with more products to come in the future.
Our ethos
Our products are as environmentally friendly as we can make them, and so is the way we work. Most consumables we buy as a studio are bought locally, and are wherever possible recycled or biodegradable. The very nature of our decals, in that they are reusable, long lasting and not disposable, is very important to us too.
Our aim is to deliver high quality, eco friendly wall art that doesn't damage walls, whilst being affordable and easy to use.
We pride ourselves on providing the very best customer service we can; we want every customer to be totally happy with what they have purchased and love seeing our customers come back after their initial purchase.
Whilst we don't offer customisation, we love it when customers tell us their ideas and wishes, as sometimes we are able to bring these to life as part of our range.
