How can I track my order?

All orders are sent fully tracked. We will send you a confirmation email when your decals are shipped which contains the tracking details.

If you don't think you received an email it's always worth checking your spam as we see this happen quite regularly. Otherwise just ask and we'll send them over to you again

AUSTRALIA

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Australia)

Standard For metro Centres delivery is normally between 2-5 business days of dispatch

Express For metro centres delivery is normally between 1-2 days of dispatch

Do you still do next day delivery?

Australia Post's next day delivery guarantee has still not returned after Covid. In reality we do see many Express orders deliver next day in cities, or after 2-3 days in regional areas. If you have an express item that is taking longer to deliver let us know and we'll chase it up for you.

INTERNATIONAL

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (International)

New Zealand: 5-7 business days
USA: 7-9 business days
UK & Western Europe: 7-12 business days
Rest of the World: Please ask for timescale as this varies greatly

How much faster is your Expedited Order Processing and Shipping option? (International)

Our Expedited Order Processing and Shipping option means that your item will be prioritised at each stage of it's journey.

We aim to have your decals made and despatched within 24hrs and sent with the international Express (EMS) service (unless we are awaiting extra details from you).

This minimises any delays there may be in the network at the time. Your order will be loaded onto planes in advance of standard items and handed over to your local postal service faster than a standard parcel. It will also receive a higher level of service once it is with your local deliverer. International shipping times do vary, but we generally see this speed up delivery by a minimum of 3 or 4 days.

Tax & Import fees

You are responsible for any and all taxes, customs and handling fees imposed at the destination country. With over 100 countries that we send products to, we are unable to stay across the border policy of every country and their postal systems.

TROUBLESHOOTING

My tracking hasn't updated, is it lost?

Often, this is just a case of the package missing a scan and often it will update once it gets to the next stage of its journey. We very rarely see packages get lost, either internationally or in Australia, so chances are your order will be continuing to make it's way to you.

We are always happy to look into your shipping if you think there might be a problem as we have a lot of experience in this area.

What will happen to my decals if I don't collect them in time?

If your decals were not able to be delivered they may well be waiting for you to collect them - the length of time your postal service/delivery company will keep the decals for you varies. If you do not collect them within this time, they will most likely be returned to us. To find out more about redelivery/refund please see our policies here

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

If we have not yet shipped your decals, don't worry, just let us know ASAP! We will get it changed for you.

If we have already shipped your decals there is probably not much we can do and it will depend on whether your local deliverer (ie Australia Post, Royal Mail etc) will allow you to make a change to the address details.

All our products are made to order, therefore all returned shipments due to customers not accepting the delivery or failing to give the correct address will incur a 15% surcharge as it costs us money to have the item returned to us. We also, will not refund any postage paid just as we don't for returned items.
